Good find ! Just bought - it's actually only US2.50. Already have OrangeBox on 360 but didn't want to pay for XBox Live.

Well I kind of agree….tf2 can become a bit of a spamfest compared to other valve games and compared to cs:s, dod:s, l4d, killing floor and other steam games, tf2 didn't hold my interest for long. it's a funny game but everything is so fast that it does become a bit of a spamfest.

well said. i tried it over one of those free weekend things. i regret wasting my download usage on that junk.
that pretty much explains why you thought it was a spamfest. free weekends are the worst as noobs flood servers and spam because they think it's the way it's played. in fact, in a proper match you would've found plenty of strategy involved in the game.

Awesome deal, very fun game for the price. I totally suck at it but I would highly recommend it to anyone.
In some ways I think I enjoy it more than COD4. It's more.. 'fun'.

Rang up every friend who had said they might start playing TF2 at some point to me and made them buy it (meaning I just bought it and gifted it to them, and they can pay me back later).

In that cause I'd suggest those that missed out not to give up hope lol. The TF2 Halloween Special Update goes till 3rd Nov for us, meaning Valve might run these 2 hour sales randomly till then.
