  Oh this is too funny - in the T&Cs:

  Photo must be a ‘selfie’ style shot featuring both Nosey Parker and entrant. Photo of entrant portrait with Nosey Parker in the background will not qualify for a free parking promotion code. Entrant must wait for an appropriate time to take photo with Nosey Parker. They must not approach Nosey Parker from the rear and that must ensure he is aware of your presence.

    Most of us have Smart phone these days, take a photo and upload it from free WiFi hotspot, I am pretty sure that there are plenty of them in all the above mentioned Cities.

    by your definition, just about everything on ozbargain thats considered a "freebie" isn't really free then.

    Usually freebies are offered for free (no conditions… unlike this one) , whether there is a cost for you to obtain that freebie is another story.

  Not really a deal. More a competition. You have to drive to him, park somewhere (and probably pay lol) actually find him and then take a photo. Seems more effort than it's worth really. Think it belongs in the forums at least.
