          I've liked the FB page, and went through to purchasing using the OP's link. No 5% discount. I've messaged them and requested 5% refund.

          No reply so far.

    Rep, can you please advise as to whether or not this deal is going to be on the 5% discount page? As chatterbox mentioned, the fb#c####.experienceoz.com.au/gold-coast page doesn't have this deal on it, only the 3 for 3 pass, 21 day pass and 3 parks + GC attractions.

      Unfortunately, it appears not despite the Store Rep above stating "Plus, save an additional 5% off the purchase price by becoming a fan at http://facebook.com/ExperienceOz and purchasing through the Facebook store."

      Their official email reply to me:

      "The package you purchased is not actually available through the Facebook link, so we are not able to apply the discount for you. The pass you have purchased is exclusive to Experience Oz only. To browse the other experiences we off with the discount please see the below link.

      I can confirm that after liking their FB page, the '5% Fan Discount' menu link appears. Clicking on that link displays some images with 'Thanks for the like' and 'click here to shop'. Click on 'click here to shop' and you'll get to a page that asks you to input the destination. Select 'Gold Coast' under QLD, and you'll see:

      3 Parks unlimited entry til June 30th 2015 plus Paradise Country FREE $85.50

        Hi guys, sorry for the confusion. Yes as moocher states above this is the standard procedure for receiving the discount - please make sure you are using the "5% Fan Discount" link as pictured in the image I posted above and ensure you are using the Facebook version of the store.

        Unfortunately it is more confusing nowadays as Facebook has stripped a lot of functionality for us to be able to give people a single link to click on and be taken there due to their increased "Privacy Reasons" (a.k.a they want people to pay more money to be able to reach their fans ;) )

        Thanks Moocher, I can confirm that the deal is now listed under the Facebook page after clicking through.

        As chatterbox and I (and others) had experienced on the 20th Feb, this was not the case until some time over the weekend, when the deal was added to that page.

        I think its still inappropriate for them not to credit me with the 5% discount after I followed the OP's instructions, liked the FB page, and did not get the 5% discount.

    Yes a $79 deal for the same package came out on scoopon a day after this. Surprised no one has posted it here. Probs not a paid sponsor on this site I guess…. 😔
