Good reviews for that BenQ monitor as well. Not sure DELL's price is that good.
Comparing BenQ to Dell? C'mon now…
The Dell listed here is actually an IGZO "IPS" panel, not your standard IPS panel that you may see in a monitor like that BenQ. Which is an AHVA panel, for the record.
Quality isn't even comparable, hence the higher price tag.
EDIT: Should also add IGZO panels are naturally more expensive due to the higher price involved in manufacturing them. Probably won't see "cheap" IGZO panels until the price of technologies such as OLED drops.

Benq monitors are ok. The 32" UHD Benq certainly seems much better value than this.

$1,999 sounds steep, but StaticeIce and MyShopping confirm it is the indeed the cheapest price for this monitor.
It is outside my price range but PremierColor, UHD and 32" together isn't cheap, and Dell seems to have a good reputation. A monitor that seems similar spec wise is the BenQ BL3201PT 32" 4K UHD IPS Professional Monitor for about $1,360 shipped.
