    • Thanks for that Newxr. I jumped on board with your suggestion, $59 is a great price for that handset, lots of nice features too!

      • +1

Today the price is $95.96 still regarded as 15%:off!!!. So $59 two days ago was a bargain

        • I picked it up from DSE yesterday, and the guy asked me how I got it so cheap. He said he couldn't even get it for $59 with a staff discount. He said they're normally $140 or something along those lines.

    Haha. Remember landline phones!?

When ours rings, I ignore it. Bound to be telemarketers.

The odd occasions I think, oh heck, I'll answer it just this once - yep, freaking telemarketers.

  • No backlight in the keypad???

    • Dont rely on the Dickies specs - they're not data filled corrected. Just go to the Panasonic webpage as noted earlier.

  • What batteries do they take? If AAA I'm in.

    • +1

      Ni-MH, AAA x 2

      • When the originals need replacing you can use your Ozbargain eneloops.

        • -1

          eneloops

Damn you autocorrect. I assume you meant envelopes. Where do we send the batteries to?

  • I didn't realize that there were that many ozbargainers who still have landlines!

    • Yeah, comes with my TPG internet with $20 free calls a month [$40 a month for 10 gig off peak and 10 gig on peak]

      • +1

Doesn't mean you have to plug a phone in.
