I got excited too when I saw it for a $10 preorder but remembered they banned it here.
Wasn't there two different intros to the game, one showing the rape, one just skipping it? That's what I remember from gameplay videos.
Keep an eye out for the Target catalogue.
They might change the game a bit like what they did to saints row 4 and call it the aussie version. Hope we will get it though!
If I recall correctly there was a big fuss of a "rape" scene and refused classification. The makers said to just pirate it. I'm a bit unsure if they're going to try and get it reclassified.
P.S. quotations marks weren't used to make light of rape but there wasn't much to it after watching the footage and there was an option to skip it.
