  Are these shoes any good? I've got a Kayano 21 but looking for a new cheaper shoe.

    These shoes are not comparable to the ASICS Kayano's. The Kayano's are specifically designed for long distance running. Of course personal preference may decide otherwise, but if you are a seasoned Kayano wearer, the Innovate 5's would not be a sufficient replacement.

      Thanks. No not a seasoned Kayano wearer - first Kayano I've purchased but seem to be getting numb feet in them after awhile running. I don't think they are the shoe for me.

  Amart is bad. I ordered a couple of pairs from them on sale before. Waited three weeks and raised a complaint. Got an email from them saying they were short of stock and they refunded the money. Apparently, Amart does that quite often. It might be the case of them generating false sales traffic for their books.
