Optus $2 Sim for 50c & $30 Prepaid for $20 @ Kmart

90

The $30 prepaid is not as good as the Aust Post deal but the 50c sim is good for those porting. Can the $2 sim be activated for $2 days?

  • I've used the $2 sim for days when I just need extra data. It gets me 500MB for that day. It's handy for visiting guests - $10 worth of sims gets 2.5GB over 5 days (at 500MB a day).

I wonder if this is nationwide.

    • But you effectively have a new number every day right?

      • Yup. People can't call a pocket wifi or (most) tablets anyway. The sim above is a mobile broadband sim.

        • All of Optus' $2 sims were down to 50c including the $2 days sim (not just the MBB one). I'm not sure how to upload two photos to OzB.

If you are only using it for data, having a new number isn't that much of a deal.

      Came here to say this.

Activate Sim and go to Yesrewards for $10 movie tickets.

  • AusPost shop has 50% discount on Telstra and optus $30 sim packs

      Did you read the description?

  • Sorry I'm a bit slow. What does this $2 include? How many minute and MBytes? How long does the credit last? Or is this $2 A Day prepaid SIM that gives unlimited call/SMS and 500 MB for one day?

Why does it have a new number every day with the same SIM?

    What are the movie deals?

    • "What are the movie deals?"
Optus mobile customers can get $10 movie tickets from Hoyts, Palace, Grand Cinemas.

    • Use a sim one day, chuck it out and activate the next one hence why a new number each day.

      • and then get a free $20 uber ride with each sim number

I wonder if any of these SIMs are the easily hackable ones!!!

  • Mmmm…infused with sweet Gemalto goodness.
