Can someone explain the difference between this and Lightroom / Photoshop bundle (I'm considering stopping my $10/month photographers bundle).
Also, there is a new version of lightroom coming out. I assume this is in clearance for the same reason?
This doesnt include Lightroom based on the description, just Photoshop Elements.

You can get a free trial of Elements from Adobe's site here: http://www.adobe.com/go/tryphotoshop_elements/ - so give it a try and see whether it works for you.

How many computers can you install with this version? I have a Windows desktop and a Macbook pro laptop at home, do I need to buy both PC and Mac versions separately?

Last time I tried to buy this from the Amazon US store I created my US account with a US address. Used a VPN to have a US IP address and then after it looked as though the transaction went through I got a message asking me to verify my address with a statement from my 28 degrees card.
