Just got the email this morning,30% flat rate off across the store, some exclusion as always. Does not state clearance/sales items are excluded (or that 30% off is off full retail). Does not state VIP only, but free to sign up if you want.

Good for those who want arts/craft things from Spotlight or interior decoration,etc.

Excludes: Bargain buy of the week, gift cards, existing laybys, existing custom made orders & home electrical
