    what does your 10 YR WARRANTY include and exclude?

      Any manufacturing defect is covered by our warranty. If theres an issue we'll troubleshoot and send you a replacement sink. We don't cover the cost of installation or removing the old one

          You shouldn't get any rust in these sinks as it uses highly rust-resistant stainless steel. Coverage would depend on the nature of the rust and whether it has developed due to a manufacturing fault or poor maintenance.

          @avancersales: Can you please give us an example of "poor maintenance" of a kitchen sink? Does the sink come with a set maintenance schedule? Can you guys do logbook servicing or can we DIY?

    I'd suggest altering the description to read 'The secondary bowl is too small to be useful for anything except wasting space and making guests wonder what the hell you were thinking.' I can see why you've put this on clearance.
