I bought one of these last time around (a few weeks ago?) and have put it in my Pentax K7. The most noticeable improvement over my previous card (a generic class 6) is that I can take consecutive photos much, much faster. I reckon it's a good buy.

can these microSD be used for dslr cameras? will it impact on speed due to the adapter use?
I had it in a d3300 shooting raw+jpg, buffers fills between 3 - 6 shots (varies).
Dont use a micro SD card for dslr's. For DSLR's the write speed is a lot more important than the read. while the read speed could be fine the write speeds might not be enough for 4k video with a DSLR. there's no point spending half a grand on a camera and being held back by a $40 sd card.

Just to add onto this, it will work, but there are extra work you have to put in.
Currently, the n3ds supports up to 32GB natively, any higher and you will have to reformat it the micro sd to FAT32 first. I know because I went through this. Not too hard but may be a hassle for some.
