Saw this on my Facebook app, and posting on my phone, hence couldn't get a URL for it.

$20 off by using TUES20, order within the app. Valid today only until 9pm.

Facebook post says vouchers are limited.

EDIT: I just preorded for delivery tonight. My restaurant's minimum was $20 + $3 delivery fee. I ordered $20 of food and used voucher, and paid $3 total. Tried to stack vouchers, but doesn't appear you can in the app. I am an existing user.

EDIT2: Sounds like there is a $20 minimum cart (food + delivery fee) for the voucher to work. You also need to meet the restaurant minimum order rules.

    Hi, I had a suggested app Ad on my Facebook feed today and went to use it at 6:10pm (voucher was valid till 9pm), unfortunately the app kept rejecting the voucher (see attached)

    I then phoned the 1300 number, which;
    1. Called up, Disconnected me
    2. Called up again, Had me on hold, gave me the option (press 3) to stay on hold and disconnected me.
    3. Rang and rang before Daniels voicemail answered and I left a message.

    I used your app yesterday to order a meal and tried to use it again (and trial it versus MenuLog) and this has left a very sour taste in my mouth.

      It's a unique code not a generic one. Call them and they will issue you one…. (Or two!)

  Placed an order earlier today for our local thai to be delivered at 7:30pm by almost 8pm it still wasn't delivered. I rang the thai place who said they weren't on delivery hero yet and they called up delivery hero to ask what to do and delivery hero told them not to make the order! Delivery Hero didn't contact me at all :|

  This promotion was supposed to get me to use delivery hero but it has done the opposite - I will stick to using eatnow, never had an issue.

  been waiting over an hour for my food.
  Turns out confirmation was never sent to restaurant even though I was charged.

  DeliveryHero would not re-process the order with the same discount saying the code has been exhausted.

  Conclusion: stick with menulog.

    A great way to loose the impact of gaining goodwill. It was my first time using their app and will probably be the last. Yet if the code worked, more than likely I would have used them again

  Places order on DH app at 8:30. Called restaurant 5 mins after and they confirmed the order! They knew everything I added in the comments field too. Now waiting for food to arrive. Happy as larry (so far)..

  Order Thai last night for two. And the discount code of -$20 didn't work despite it saying the bill was $9. Was charged the full amount to credit card.

    I doubt it was deliberate, Just follow it up with them. For my first and last time using my card with them however, they double charged me. Now I stick with paypal.

  I made followup phone call today and told only 5000 available and gone by 6pm…I ordered 1730pm and got order number but Their system failed to send it thru!
  So told sorry, no compo, one off, bad luck.

  Got a call from DH today saying that my order was delayed by 15 mins. No worries, says I.
  Then I get a call from the restaurant asking me to confirm the order 'coz they received a call from DH to say that the order was put on hold, but then got the OK again just delayed.

  What the hell is DH doing? Seems like they're just making more work for themselves for no reason.

  Anyway, I got my heavily discounted curry so I'm happy. But just have this feeling DH is a bit shady.
