Harris Technology Car Park Sale @ North Ryde Store only 14/11/09

90

I was at HT today and saw these posted all over the store. When I caught up with the paper (SMH) I found the ad.

The sale is at North Ryde only and the prices are not available on-line. You will have to go there to check it out and see what they have on sale on the day. I know I will be there as I picked up some good value product recently through their site

From what I can see from what they highlighted some nifty prices. The prices are only available on the day and they will not take orders over the phone or in store as I tried to order the WD 500GB HD and HP 515 Notebook, walk inn’s only is what I was told.

Have you ever tried to scan a SMH ad that is end to end before on the fly with an A4 scanner not easy? I tried to capture as much as possible.

The drive is a WD Studio 500GB for $62.00

    • Ask nicely next time.

1280px wide, that's standard width. He could easily have cut it a bit more if he intended it and you'd not have guessed anything significant was missing.

    • Dupe

    • Why is a blatantly obvious piece of kidding being mindlessly down-voted?

Surely not every single bit of "tongue-in-cheekery" needs to be explained with a ; )

As Sun Tsu was fond of saying: "He who laughs last thinks slowest".

Now you tell me, without any sign or extra expression of words, how do we know he/she is kidding?

        • +1

Actually you have a good point there.

          I suppose it's virtually impossible without a LOL! ROFL! ROFLMFAO! etc, etc… ; )

This is where Shakespeare went wrong. If he had have added a few LOLs & ROFLs every now and then, more people would have got the idea, and he would have been far more understandable and popular.

"O Romeo, Romeo! wherefore art thou Romeo, LOL?
Deny thy father and refuse thy name ; )
Or if thou wilt not, be but sworn my love
And I'll no longer be a Capulet, ROFL."

          • @Horizon: Yeah, Shakespeare should have coded in HTML to get his points out.

    • what a dickhead.

These days nothing says big sale like a sausage sizzle and jumping castle. Kids are the big winners ;-)

  • I am not sure that's a bargain.
By looking at the picture, it has only about 15-20% off the regular price.

    • Have to agree better off clicking the run out deals link on their page
