      i remember someone saying in a previous battery deal that Aldi ones are supposed to be one of the better performing ones…

  Have used them when they had the older packaging. Used in kids toys- were pretty good. With aldi, there are two quality levels. Some always in stock and the better ones are only a few times in the year.

  Every time when I see ads about 40x AA Batteries or 30x AAA Batteries, I feel sorry for our environment.
