They can add all the supers, megas, gigantic and any other word to their sale names they like but unless they drop their prices for the sales more then a couple dollars then i really don't think it's a very good deal.

the 3d blu ray player is almost 40 dollars more than previous 64 dollars sale?

the 4k 3d blu ray is almost 40 dollars more than prebious 88 dollars sale.

yeah not too many goodies on kogan these days…

  • Has anyone tried the LED downlights? Do they need changes to the power source and are they as bright as 35W halogens?

only good down the light. not as wide as halogens

I've not tried the Kogan ones, I just grab them from AliExpress as they're usually much cheaper (last time I bought they were ~$3.5-$4/bulb - don't buy the cheapest ones & check reviews from people in Aust/NZ/UK/Canada).

The power source is the same (i.e. if you have 12v transformer & thus MR16 12v halogen bulbs, order the MR16 12v LEDs).

Personally I buy the 9W LEDs, as they're brighter then the 50W halogen ones.

But note as Edgar28 says, the angle of the light is less for LEDs, which has never worried me - they're excellent white light for Kitchen & bathrooms.

  • Why the George Foreman One Drop Fryer is showing $49 for me?
