I am sort of familiar with a bit of Korean music.
I quite enjoy the group JYJ, because of their massive coverage of film, TV drama, songs in English, Korean, Japanese and the occasional Mandarin cover and musicals. I tend to like singers with impressive and unique vocals.
"The One" is a pretty amazing singer too. My Korean friend always shows me his jaw dropping performances.
@tendollar: Ah fair enough. Im mostly into the female vocalists/groups. Davichi, Gavy NJ, LYn, Zia, Yoon Mi-rae, TheSeeYa. But you cant avoid those idols lol.

btw, there were machines at stations that give you 3,000 won if you return your T-Money card so you can actually make money from this.
I applied a few days ago and no sign of email or anything from them. No confirmation or instruction how to claim etc.
i got mine in the mail last Friday (10 April). I received a confirmation email on Tuesday (7 April) morning. There was no other notice. Keep in mind there was a limit of 500 and the offer began 30 March, so if you don't receive anything, then you may have missed out
