Great deal, probably a reflection of less travel to the states especially Canadians. Be aware that this is late season for Alaska so the weather might be rough and you may miss many ports.

    • +2

*Complimentary 150 minutes Wi-Fi per package

just buy a starlink mobile version and get unlimited internet on the cruse you just put it on the balcony. way cheaper than any cruse ship can offer.

      • lol would this actually work ?

        • yes the brillant thing about starlink is as long as you see open sky it works any where in the world even on ocean they are designed for movement as well.

          • +4

@kungfuman: The challenge is that they are a banned item on many cruise lines and they do inspect your bags.

            • +1

@racer1234: o those pricks they really want you to spend there ridiculous prices damn…

            • @racer1234: yeh lol my comment was more. Can you get a star link on board through security.

            • @racer1234: Have been on 12 cruises on various lines and never had bags searched. Airport type security and luggage scanned so unless scanning picks the box up and then they search …

              • @ern123: Their scanning prioritises alcohol/liquids, and electronics. They only contact you if they find something of concern however.

Just check when you get off your next cruise at the end, in the terminal, and you'll always see a table with a bunch of electronics on it that were confiscated; mostly hair appliances, charging boards, but anything that is not permitted. Similarly, have seen someone try to take a drone on and get that confiscated.

    • how rough does it get? i get sea sick lol

      • Want to know the same thing… Took a ferry from Japan to Korea 2.5m swirl and chundered 4 hours straight. Going on a cruise like this would be cool tho lol

        • cruises much better

larger the ship more stable it is.. e.g. Royal Carribean class hardly anyone got sea sick vs the old school P&O everyone got sick on rough seas

          • @Poor Ass: i wish i could have more optimism when it comes to cruises. I did a 3 night disney cruise when it was here in sydney with a port stop over at Eden, NSW.

anyway i knew i would get sea sick, even getting on board the boat when it was at port, i was starting to get uneasy already lol
and then once we got to sea even though the water was ok, i think it took me at least 2 days until i was ok. i even had the sea sickness pills and the band but yeah

and then once i got back to land, i felt sick as apparently i got land sickness coz i wasn't used to stable ground!

i certainly would like to go on a longer cruise like what this deal has but yeah my sea sickness isn't the great

            • @prankster: oh damn

the Disney cruise is meant to be one of the best

yes when you are back on land and you still feel like wobbling around is normal… I believe it is called sea legs :)

              • @Poor Ass: yeah dont get me wrong, it was a great cruise for kids (my only whinge is how exy it was coz its a USA company, do you need to pay in USD, then you need to do tipping at the end, potential extra charges like we paid for photos on board - crazy gosh)

                • @prankster: ha same thing on Royal

yeah photos that was a scam… you could just take a photo from the monitor with the watermark haha

  • +1

    Wow this is a bargain.

I hope they have this again next year so I can grab it.

    • +7

No, they depart from Rome, Seattle, Honolulu respectively. Further details in the links at the bottom of the description

        • +18

          Thanks for letting us know.

  • +5

Great first post. Damn I wish I was retired. I would have booked a few of these…

    • same thing I said to myself lol

  • How long did it take you to get a response? I emailed them pretty much 2 minutes after you posted and received a blank auto response email, but nothing since.

    • same, no reply except the auto response

      • did any of you called out kids in your request, i am trying figure out total pricing for it. What we are putting in request (dates, cabins, how many passengers, etc..)

        • +1

Just adults for us. Cruise name, date, cabin and passengers

      • +1

They got back to me, but the price was per person, not per cabin.

        • Me too. The pricing is totally wrong

  • +1

Twin/double staterooms only (no triple or quad share options)

At these prices, just book two rooms if you need more beds.

  • +6

    Not exclusive to Luxury escapes.

Any decent aggregator site will have it and these deals have been going for a while.

You just missed the Australia - Fiji - Tahiti - Hawaii legs.

However, a lot of the rooms "make sense" for the price.

For example, we had a choice between in front of the casino or directly across from the teenage kids club rooms. Plus the shackles for the tender boat are just out the window. Front of the boat.

Still a great price..but there is a "catch" in there.

    • +8

What aggregator sites should I be checking out to find these kinds of deals? Australia to Hawaii would have been great.

      • +1

I have booked through cruiseguru.com.au multiple times. Very happy.
Have used ozcruising.com.au once, very happy
Others include mycruises, cruiseaway, cruiseoffers — I can't vouch for those, but I assume they are pretty similar pricing and experience.

    • +10

Next time could you post those on Ozbargain please? :)

    • Where did you see the Aus one please?

      • As the other user posted above.

    • Yeah what aggregator sites please… Also do you know of any that stop over in New Zealand?

  • this is very cheap. are they going broke? let's hope the cruises happen

    • +1

I'd be buying travel insurance at the same time as the tickets.

      • most of us get travel insurance with our credit cards

        • You know what I mean

        • I don't.

        • +1

          Do you still? Which card?

The 2 I had have stopped. BankWest is already over and NAB is removing insurance in 2026.

          • +1

@team teri: For most travel insurance you have to add cruises as an extra cost to be covered. I don't know of any cards that cover cruises automatically.

            • @racer1234: My CBA card with Cover more has basic cover for cruises but you can upgrade the cruise components.

I had a look at the PDS, I wouldn’t bother paying for the upgrade.

There are exclusions on Covid on a cruise.

          • @team teri: Anz frequent flyer, last time i check still provided travel insurance. Not sure for cruises specifically though tbh.

      • any ideas whats a good travel insurance company for cruises?

        • Sorry can’t help

  • -5

    are flight tickets included ?

    • +1

      Not a chance.

    • +24

Yep, flights, rental car, hookers at the destination. All inclusive

      • Still gotta BYOB for those prices.

  • -6

How do I get this prices? Any link I click on is double, triple, or more

    • +2

      Read the post.

    • +3

      ✅ How to Book:
      * Email your cabin request to: [email protected]
      * Once confirmed, you’ll receive a secure payment link.
      * After payment, you’ll be issued your official NCL booking confirmation number.

    • +3

      Do you drive s car?

      • +2

Yes I drive a car and I would probably go on a cruise like this especially considering the price, if I enjoyed cruises. I just don't understand the appeal. Each to their own I guess.

I also eat animal products, even though I believe we probably shouldn't be.

I was merely posing some information because most people do not know how bad they are. It's not a well covered topic tbh.

    • +4

I do agree. Massive boxes of human glutany just floating around.

      Most wouldn't know the numbers.

Around 5 million litre fuel tanks. 300 000L a day.

But it's the same for all those freight ships (people love their Amazon, Ali, Temu deliveries).

Let alone the amount of destruction the thrusters do when docking. The biosecurity issues, the anti fouling hull chemicals, the frequency of interior changes etc etc.

The small shudder you feel when a dolphin, sun fish or small whale gets sucked through the prop…

Then there is the human energy consumption/ food waste element.

But they are so damn good. Hopefully we can get some green alternatives.

      • The dolphin, sun fish or small whale comment……..i did not need to have eyes this morning!

      • Massive boxes of human glutany just floating around

Most of them can be found queueing up in the buffet line.

        • Plates are Noah's ark… 2 of each animal

    • +5

"There's almost nothing worse." ….. Humans in general maybe? I agree they're horrible polluters, but i'd also put data centre's as high on the non-environmentally friendly list, yet you still see people using tik-tok, facebook etc. (not to mention uber/doordash too)

      • -1

Is uber door dash bad though?

In the city all I see is delivery drivers everywhere on their e-bikes

        • +1

There is still manufacturing of the bike/product components. E-bikes still need power to charge the battery (+ connectivity to the grid). You then have app's for users/doordash-uber employee to use that uses data/hosted on a server that also uses power etc. And outside of the city area, you're more likely to see general vehicles instead of e-bikes.
Using battery products may 'off-set' long term, but we as humans are the top of the pyramid which we consume more than what we give back and even then can have differing views of opinion. eg; We shouldn't cut down trees as they play an important role in the world vs. those trees are blocking my view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge from my multi-million dollar house, so i'm cutting them.

  • +2

    Looks super cheap.

I thought it was going to be $20k, less $10k, but 80% + off is a great bargain.

Never been on a cruise before but at these prices, I'd give it a go.

    Wish I was retired lol.

  • +1

So no kids on these cabins?

    • +6

      Those are BYO

      • one of the notes is "Maximum room capacity is 2 adults" . I just want to clarify if thats maximum total people or just maximum adults i.e can take my young child.

        • +1

you can bring them along and leave behind if not allowed

  • +1

    Are the prices in AUD?

    Looks awesome if it is…

    • yeah wondering this too

    • +1

Just clicked on the deal and appears to be AUD. However once onboard the ship. everything you pay for would be USD.

  • +1

Is it only for these three cruises or any on the NCL site? Do you have a link with specific information about the deal or do you just find a cruise and email and say you know a staff member and then they send you the price?

  • Same question as above, only for these 3 cruises at these dates or for any NCL cruises?

  • What level is NCL cruise lines? I've only ever been on VV before. Is it comparable, better or worse?

    • One step below VV unless you pay extra

  • as tempting as it is to book it now, do you think we could email at a later time for other deals?

  • Wow. excellent price. I would've grabbed it if it weren't for work….

  • -1

I can't find the Luxury escape link for Europe Cruise. Is it over?

    • Read the OP or the thread - you need to email them.

      • -1

oh. Okay. I have been looking at both links but can't get the price. Fair enough, in that way I can't know the costs with 2 kids until i request quote from LE.

        • -1

Again, as stated in the OP, this is for 2 people per room only. You would need to book two rooms.

          • @djkelly69: If you read the links provided by OP, it has provision for kids at discounted rate and it allows search with 4 passengers. All i wanted was to confirm what that equates on discounted offer which is not possible to find out until email sent to LE. Hope it clarifies.

            • @s0805: The links are just there to show you which sailing/itinerary the deal relates to.

The pricing or cabins offered on those links are irrelevant to this offer, which is for:

Twin/double staterooms only (no triple or quad share options).

  • +1

Don't forget the spend $1,500 get $150 back for Luxury Escapes on your Amex if you have it (and are spending enough)!

    • Isn't there year long availability of discounted gift cards at Costco too ?

    • +1

Click on the links on the bottom of the page, has all the details on all 3 of the cruises.

  • Complimentary 150 minutes Wi-Fi per package
For those familiar with cruises, is this normal? Would have thought most cruises would have unlimited Starlink wifi by now. Even the budget airlines offer Wifi nowadays.

    • They have it, but you have to PAY for it.

  • +1

What gives. Prices say per cabin..
    - $11,922

    Balcony Cabin - $1,716
    RRP - $12,420

    I get the email with

Inclusions for Pride of America, 02AUG2025 BALCONY $3928AUD

    • Cruises are always pp

  • They just replied to my email. 3,701 aud for the Hawaii cruise on 20 Sep. Still a good deal but not for me.

Sounds like they are getting plenty of enquiries!

    • If you get an answer why it's different let us know

      • Have asked. I wonder the prices on post are in non AUD and different dates different cost

        • They're AUD but per person rather than per cabin as OP claimed (though others have managed to pay the pp price for a cabin)

  • +1

Deals are OK but the RRP is massively inflated.

  • don't for get to do your U.S. tourist visa thing before going over there.

  • Thought I would add to this thread.
I think I have managed to secure a booking, invoice paid.

To clarify some of the questions above, the price is actually per cabin not per person. Making this deal 2x better than what you first think.

    Thanks OP

    • +1

I was quoted double the price above for 2 people so assumed it is per person.
      How did you manage that?

      • +1

Really not sure, judging by the comments Luxury escapes might not have a clue what they are doing and it's just down the human error.

I just did pretty much exactly what OP said, and specified friends of Luxury escapes deal.

        • Can you share what your cost was and for which trip please? Two people?
