    What do you do with copies of the spreadsheets,data,etc afterwards?
    Is it stored anywhere?

    Excel is extensively used for financial stuff, not something I'd trust to an unknown third party.

      No data is stored anywhere, for the sake of argument here, I would say send only non financial data sheet like for support centers- call volumes, for retail inventory or stock etc.
