  • Hasn't shipping always been 'free' (ie included in the price already)? Or have prices been reduced now to genuinely give free shipping?

    I've bought from Powerbulbs a few times, have always been happy with them - until my last attempted purchase. They've ignored my last 3 emails, never replied to my question. Might have to look for an alternative vendor for future purchases.
