Mind you, if it's counterfeit it's not enough to say "It's fake, give me my money back.". You will have to have a written assessment from a reputable dealer / repair shop saying it's in fact fake. That will cost you more than $15

Good luck getting Paypal to refund you any money if the item was not purchased through their precious eBay site.
I went through their own Gumtree site to buy something and their policy does not cover it although it did not mention anywhere that Gumtree purchases were not covered. So they closed my Paypal dispute without any explanation (rather than putting a reason down) and when I called Paypal up the guy over the phone rudely told me about their so-called policy with Gumtree. Screw Paypal …
It's not covered because it wasn't a deal with Gumtree, Gumtree don't take money. You just sent money directly to a person which has no liability. Look at Western Union for instance.
Ordered one and it has never arrived. Never again.
I ordered 2 of these 6 weeks ago.. tracking number supplied was crap. Finally received my envelope today.. only 1 in the envelope! item is not in any packaging at all, just floating around inside a A5 padded envelope. package came from sweden (well, return address is in sweden).. but is covered in chinese writing… so i have no idea if the one i received is genuine. i am lodging a paypal dispute to get my money back. never buying from allbuy again.
I also have logged a paypal dispute AND asked for a refund via their website.
Are these fakes,who are these guys and have you purchased before and where are they sent from?
