      G'day :) no it is the full game in every way. That's one of the reasons they'll claim they needed to apply the R18+ rating. The Aussie version is in English, with an English manual.

    Australian version original RRP $109.95 - really?

    I don't know any PS4 that have a RRP price that high, let alone a PS3 game.

    Recommendation to the seller —- get some PS4 titles in ur list, and most ppl have moved on from PS3.

      Have to agree with this. RRP seem a bit off on some games there.
      Looked on the front page and Metal Gear Rising: Revengence came up on the PS3. RRP: $109.95
      Went and looked at Ebgames (generally really high priced games) listed at $39.95 (not on sale either)
      Saw a few other titles doing that as well.
      Granted the sale price of $17 was really good, just the RRP seemed very off.

        Yes this is an important point, and often quite misunderstood. It's been the same for over 30 years though :) so we have taken the position to recognise the original official RRP, which at times has seemed expensive in Australia, although, if you look at inflation, and how much games were in the 1980s and 1990s, even at $109.95 you get a lot more game for your money than you did in 1989! Games have been roughly $100 RRP since the 1980s…we know, some of us here were selling them back then.         I think I was just annoyed because that ratings advice made me look like a massive pervert in JB when I bought this completely 100% harmless game for my 11 yr old niece.

          Yes, it is a great pity that the OFLC seems to be constrained by legislation over logic. Or the letter of the law over the spirit of the law, one might say. Much of what the game is about is Japanese culture, and the difference between Japanese culture and Western culture doesn't need to be a negative thing, it's just a different thing.

      Because the ratings board are hacks.

      Thi4f has actual graphic sex scenes (only things you don't see are genitals) and gets away with MA15+. Some Japanese game has light sexual innuendo and gets slapped with R18+.

      There's a reference to a breast fondle of an underage character during a drunken scene. It's played for laughs but anything of this nature is an instant R18+ by the OFLC. In other regions it's rated at a PG equivalent.

      Hahaha, nearly snorted my tea! On that point, we had considered starting a broden section, and an anti-broden section on the site, one for buying to resell on ebay, facebook, etc and one strictly limited to quantity 1 per person. Any thoughts???

    My personal experience with this seller (well the owner in particular) was terrible especially when it came to sorting out problems with my order. This was on eBay I would like to add.

    One of, if not the most horrible human beings I've come across in my entire shopping experience - I've never said this about anyone before. The employees hired by him were kind and courteous though. I'd just thought I'd provide my two cents on my experience with this seller.

    Apart from that, this is a good deal for those looking for an Australian copy.

For what it is worth, this is not the typical buyer experience, generally we do not have issues like that, on or off ebay. Of 3 or so negative experiences I can remember, they were all fraud attempts of some sort.         The only outstanding problems I have is obtaining a refund for the postage for the returned item which the owner (J) promised in exchange for not leaving negative feedback on eBay - which I haven't although probably should of as advised from the members of OzBargain.

        I am still waiting for this refund and it's already been a few months now. It's also too late to leave negative feedback since its past the date of leaving feedback for the item.

        I did post a massive thread about this on whirlpool along with what the owner did afterwards to vent his frustrations. That is an action that still makes me shake my head in disbelief but I don't want to go into it any further on here.

        Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done to resolve this nightmare that I have experienced but thanks for responding to my comment.

          I think there must be some wires crossed here, but we can most likely still help :) On ebay everything is governed by rules, one of which is that return freight on sellingoutsoon auctions is covered by buyers, so it would be uncharacteristic for an employee to offer something outside of the agreement, but if it says so then it does, and I can look into everything to make sure, to make sure everybody did the right thing. They nearly always do, although everybody has bad days. Could you please just send me the transcript you already have, by private message? If you click our profile, you can send us a private message. Then we can get into the details without it being a privacy issue :)
