New sushi placed opened this week on the water front at redcliffe - 2 shops down from Rustic Olive.

Saw a flyer in there on the weekend for this thursday after 5pm everything on the train is $2.
Update: According to rep, the $2 sushi plates is for Monday nights until 30 May.
many sushi shops discount to half price at the end of the day. Not sure this is such an unusual deal
It's usual for sushi train shops to discount like this during their dinner trade?

Looks to me that this is a limited time opening special for Monday nights, and still current.
Great - kids have been excited all week, to find out this deal was incorrect.

Enjoyed 19 plates with the kids last night.
We had 15 with the kids.
Must say, very happy with the quality, but quite disappointed with the variety. They obviously didn't have many of the more expensive dishes to keep their costs down.
Also, be careful where you sit. Unless you're willing to reach across the tracks, many dishes don't make it the the end of the line.
Without a doubt the place in Sutton St with $2.50 Tuesdays is so much better.
Chop chop graceville is the best! I hope they do it at Graceville too
