    I orderd on 27th. Shipped on 28th. Tracking shows that's it's still on its way from Sweden..?
    Expected it to be coming from China. It has passed the estimated 7-14 day delivery but I'll wait a little longer and see what happens

    • Lucky it's not only me who's getting sweedish tracking. Seemed very strange.

    • Arrived today. Paired with app and so far looks pretty good.
      Overall quite satisfied. I think where allbuy went wrong is stating a 7-14 day delivery as opposed to 4-5 weeks which is more the reality.

    This shipping from another continent, is a joke
    Whats the logic behind it? Shipping from Sweden when item location/factory/warehouse is in freaking China

    I ordered item on ebay on 11 May from HK/China showed shipped on 12 and its arrived on 19 May.
    I can understand its from HK so its faster. But China should be a bit more days added but the above is a joke.
    I live in metro, so the rural sub clause is ruled out as well.

    Still haven't received the items that I have ordered on 28th/April and 30th/April.

    Used to be able to see some tracking information on their iPhone app on the orders but when I checked today, all those information are gone except the section tags.

    Is this going to be classified as a scam from this seller, eventually, if we won't receive the orders at all, or within a time frame out of which we will not be able to get a refund from Paypal?

    It's not big money, but big enough to buy a few small gadgets around. So anyone has any positive news or is willing to shed some light on how to finalise this soon enough?

    Can't believe this is happening to us 'mature' and 'experienced' OzBargainers! ;-)

  • I am confident they will arrive, however it will take time.

    Last time I ordered from China that went via Sweden took about 5 weeks in the end, and I never shopped there again. Same with Allbuy, i'm sure the product will arrive but the postage time is awful so I won't purchase from them anymore.

    • Got it all charged up last night and wearing it now. High quality for the price and seems genuine, but I'll judge further from the battery life. :)

  • Mine too arrived today. Seems very genuine.

    Overall, VERY happy with the product. I think it looks nicer than a Fitbit, the band is really nice. Love how you can adjust the LED colours.

    Only gripe with me is that i'm using a 3rd party app through Windows store, and it doesn't seem to support vibrate on call/message. But everything else so far has worked beautifully. Looking forward to trying the alarm function in the morning.

    Postage was slow (as I mentioned, i've ordered from elsewhere before and had the route via Sweden that takes forever) but i'm happy with Allbuy. Quality product for next to nothing, so what we had to wait 4 weeks. At the end of the day, that's a pretty good bargain to wait for.

  • The original APP is in English, not Chinese. I got mine last night and i am very happy with the product and it's price, hopefully it will last more than few months at least. Just scan the QR code in the manual you received with the product and download the APP. You can read the English manual here:

    Also my android is 4.2.2 and the recommended is 4.4, but it still works fine. It showed a message saying my OS is too old, please upgrade but I haven't found any issues with it so far.

  • just received mine yesterday. I am impressed with the way it looks but haven't actually had the time to test it yet.

  • Mine arrived yesterday too,

    The first one I had bought from eBay
    the battery initial charge lasted for exact 60 Days.
    The second recharge, I can already see; appears and by the time it finishes will be less than 60 days.

    This unit looks exactly the same as the first one, same box / packaging
    I guess will wait and see.

    But overall I am really impressed with Xiaomi MiBand and $ is so good.

  • Got mine on monday, very impressed with packaging and overall quality.

    $16 and packed better then most of apple products.

    Mi app is a bit buggy, btw, you may need to register a mi fit account on the web first and then do a little dance around turning blutooth on and off, before you can pair you band.

  • I think I got a faulty one.. Currently 2 days since 2nd charge and getting 58% so averaging 21% battery used each day with all notifications switched off and just sync'ing once a day.

    I don't think it will last beyond one week Disappointed. :(

    • Did you update the IOS or the Android App
      Coz once you do and then open the app
      It updates firmware of the band automatically.

      try that, also after firmware sometimes the battery intermittently shows different % number (mine showed 100% :)
      but then I closed the app and reopened it and it was back to normal 56%

      The max I have gotten is 60 Days with 8% still remaining.

      • Didn't have the Android Miband App installed.

        So grabbed the latest official one from Marketplace, installed which straight away updated firmware of band.

        Currently have firmware v1.0.9.55 for band.

        Doesn't matter if I terminate App/relaunch, restart phone. Currently at 36% on 3 days since last charge.

        Im hoping its just wrongly calculating battery % on first run until (almost) flat.

          Yep tried the obvious, even connected to a iPhone that reported the same. but when I did connect with a iPhone I got a even newer firmware patch level v.1.0.9.65

          Currently have my fingers cross for any possible addressed battery issues in this newer firmware.. Time will tell.

    Has anyone ordered the same package and received them both? Did they come with same package or different package?

    Just putting this out there, to the people complaining about the 4 week postage time. What did you expect for an extremely cheap item coming from China with FREE postage? I'm getting a bargain here, so if it takes 4 weeks to arrive, I'm cool with that. The faster postage options were only a few dollars. Use them next time if you're not happy with the wait…

    • I'm into week 5 now, and have yet to receive any sign of the item arriving. Also it doesn't help that AllBuy sends to Sweden before coming to Australia for some unknown reasons…

      Hi Wombat81, I could not agreed with you more. From the above comments although it took a long time but quite a few people has already received their orders and most seems to be happy with the items they bought. So, let's wait for a little bit longer and if the items failed to be delivered at all we can always make a claim through PayPal. But, from my own personal experience with Allbuy customer service I would recommend that communicating with them first before making a claim.

      • If you wait too long you end up outside PayPal's claim window. A common tactic of flakey sellers is to ask you to wait "just one more week" a few times until you're outside that window. Don't fall for it. If you haven't got your item, raise the dispute.

        • Fair comment but fortunately PayPal has extended the claim window from 45 days to 180 days effective 18th Nov 2014 as per fellow ozbargainer, Geewhizz's post https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/161975. Of course with flakey sellers one should not even have to wait for 45 days to make a claim but in this case with Allbuy I did noticed that people are starting to receive their items which gave me a bit more confidence that it is more of a case of a seller not getting the right carrier to do their shipping. With all these comments posted here where the Allbuy rep, Winlady can see they will definitely be doing something to improve their shipping in order to get us ozbargainers to patronize their store. Most of the people who have received their Mi Bands are happy that their items are genuine and for this I have again beside the Mi Band last night bought another small value for money item (AUD8) from them. Since Allbuy has been suspended till 6th June, their rep Winlady would not be able to reply to our comments. So, Winlady as you can see from our comments the first thing your store need to do is to improve on your shipping.

          Still, if Allbuy advertised a 7-20 day shipping time, I'd be raising a dispute on day 21, otherwise you're at the bottom of the pile for resolution.

          We allbuy promise that, if any one can not receive your previous package in 7-20 business days, we will offer replacement or full refund options or you can request to get a cash gift card as compensation.

        • @winlady: Well I'm not happy with the service. It has officially been 25 WORKING days since the order has been dispatched and more then 30 WORKING days since I placed the order. I've ordered multiple items from China at the same time I purchased from Allbuy, and they ALL have arrived. I don't see why your company ships to Sweden before it ships to Australia.

          Also I sent your company an email last week and they said please wait 1 or 2 week…I've already been waiting over a month.

          After contacting Winlady the Store Rep, she has quite quickly organised a replacement for me. I have received a email with a tracking number indicating that it has now been dispatched via Hong Kong Post. This information is also available in the Allbuy website under My Account, My Order. Tracking info indicated that the shipment has left Hong Kong on the 6th June on the way to destination. So, hope to receive the item soon. Will update when item is received.

          Received email on 2nd June with tracking number using Hong Kong Post instead of Sweden Post for the replacement unit and today, 15th June item received in good condition. So, if they continued to use this shipping method Allbuy will be a good place to get a bargain and with very acceptable shipping time. Thank you to @Winlady and the service team.

  • Received my on 9/6/15 in Brisbane Metro area, was originally ordered on 30/4/2015. Everything works on the band except for the vibrating part, tried with two different phone and two different apk, but still can not get it to work. Will raise a warranty claim with Allbuy and post back with results.

  • I ordered on 2/5/2015 and mine finally arrived yesterday, just over 6 weeks!

  • Ordered 14th May, arrived today, 25th June.

  • Full Refund received 29/6/15 after emailed them a video of my faulty band as requested.
