I'm no expert on these things, but correct me if i'm wrong.
Where it says "Capacity: 10000mAh @ 3.7v", since USB is 5.0v, then it's not really 10000mAh?

  For battery industrial, capacity is usually rated at 3.7v, but for cell phone which work with 5v, so you need to do the conversion, approximately 7300mAh rated at 5v.
