We at CrossFit Ringwood believe CrossFit can be undertaken by almost anyone. You don't have a be an athlete or a commando to undertake our programs. Even if haven't done exercise for a while, but are motivated, we can get you on the path to a healthier life.

Note new pricing:
To enable more people to get into CrossFit we are combining our introductory course valued at $49.00 plus our 10 class package valued at $175.00 into a combined special of $175.00. This is a saving of $49.00.

Terms and conditions:

Package can be purchased from now to the end of May 2015.
Introductory sessions are held Monday, Tuesday & Thursday at 6:30pm. Each day offers a different program and you are required to attend each of these days. This may occur over a 14 day period.

Once you have completed the 3 intro sessions you may attend any of our classes listed here: http://crossfitringwood.com/class-schedule/ for the 10 member classes. You will be part of the mainstream WODS.

The 10 classes are to be taken over a maximum period of 60 days from the beginning of your gym pack. This is to ensure you obtain the maximum benefit from your exercise program.

We reserve the right to limit classes to a maximum of 20.

This deal is only available at CrossFit Ringwood, 24 Summer Lane, Ringwood, Victoria.

We also offer Free Trial Sessions on Wednesday evenings.

      We have checked local prices and your statement is incorrect. Even Brisbane prices are not an average of $180-.
      Usually here you would back up a statement with references, not just downvote. CrossFit gyms are not franchised so each gym can have their own pricing. This offer is for Ringwood in Melbournes' Eastern suburbs.

      You also need to factor in that some Gyms are providing cheaper prices because they are limiting what they offer.

      We suggest you check out our offer to see if it suits you. We do also offer a free trial.

      We are the first CrossFit to open in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne and have one of the largest facilities with plenty of parking in a Central location.

  essentially crossfit is almost in every inner melbourne suburb these days, so it's tough competition out there.
