  For those in WA - I've just picked the last DC44 up from Mirrabooka. All other Dysons are out of stock. They are doing rainchecks though with a $50 deposit - there were a couple of customers doing that.

  Karrinyup and Kingsway were out of stock and didn't offer me a raincheck.

  If you can't find any at Big W, take the catalog and MYER and DAVID JONES will price match. I got my DC44 tonight :)

  Big W Mirrabooka does just put one on layby yesterday. I'm surprised Myer and David Jones does it I should have thought of that but then again I wasn't in a rush to get one. I think this is an old model as dyson seems to have v6 now.

    I was at Karrinyup shops so it was just convenient to go to both…MYER had sold out of the DC44 (as you're right with it being an older model being replaced by the DC59) but David Jones were happy to price match even though they had already reduced the price of DC44 to $439….
