    Don't buy Destiny for it's PvP, one of the most bullsh*t competitive multiplayer experiences made. It's laggy and there are so many weapons that just make it very unbalanced. The matches consist of either getting destroyed or being destroyed, there is no middle ground. Doesn't seem skill related, just who has the best connection to the host.
    Not to mention the bugs, every 2 weeks an update to fix bugs from the initial release or bugs introduced in the last update. Seriously should be called "Early Access" at best.
    Actually, there is very little to redeem Destiny. I've played it a LOT (thousands of hours) and I still do, but I also hate it. It's evolution has been constantly downwards, it's not the game it was and even that wasn't much as a starting point. I suggest waiting until the new DLC comes out (or even the 'big' one after that) , and reading reviews before deciding. It is speculated that Destiny base game will become free and the expansions will be the only cost.

    Good price on Alien: Isolation though.

      I Brought destiny thinking it WAS Bungie, they cant be that bad after working on so many HALO… but hell it was so wrong: It was one of the most boring game ever made! For those who has 2 friends also got the game, dont mind repetitively playing the same levels against the same AI over and over and over again … then this game is for you…
      There is NO story within the game and for what WAS in the original game (plus expansion), it was boring and didnt make sense …, it was so bad, it made HALO 1-3' story a master piece by comparison! The publisher F it up… and they milk the player base with expansion packs already 75% or more finished upon shipping the game back last year…

      I got more fun playing Halo 1 and Halo 2 than Destiny…
      playing World of tanks is better than playing the PVP mode in Destiny, badly designed maps that gives advantage of players that has perfected more powerful weapons of the class… at least it was more balanced when you are TOP tier!

          LOL yeah, a 10 year old can write a better story than what was presented in the game.. really… total complete waste of the tens of thousands of back story created by the chief writer who quit ahead of the game launch….
          I would quit if I was him, cause If I learn the stuff i wrote that aim to top Halo and make the world as rich as a possible for a new game universe was to go down the drain in the main game…. that 95% of players wont get to read or experience his effort and scope

          This is the best example of how top developers forced to DUMB down a ambitious project, it was so sad, cause it succeeded in art direction, polished in gunplay.

          Yeah I was always waiting for the game to properly get started but unfortunately every mission is identical with the exception of the really fun sword one. I bought the destiny ps4 bundle cause I thought there's no way the game could be bad coming from Bungie, how wrong I was. Great art, music & gun handling ruined by a lack of story, horribly unplayable PvP (netcode is the worst I've seen on a console game), no mission variety and extremely short missions and game.

        I was going to write 'thousand of hour' but it didn't sound right. Seriously, 1000+ hours would be a accurate guestimate (true, it wouldn't be 2000+). I've made 9 characters; 4 Titans, 2 warlocks and 3 hunters. The times I have checked my game time it has been about 100-150 hours per month since release day.

        Edit: checked my friends profile (who did not waste his time remaking characters) and he has 746 hours and hasn't been playing for the last 2 months as he got sick of it and is waiting for the DLC
