  A cup of pasta with sauce (which is what I am guessing is a 'serve' here) IS lunch for me, but hey, I'm pretty short even for a girl.

They did the same thing in Sydney and sample size was about half a cup. They brought a tray of samples around to stand-up tables (as per the photo)
where you waited for service. You could move from table to table easily and end up having as many samples as you like, so, with a minor bit of effort, you could easily have a full lunch.
