Definitely cheaper, but, are they the same? Are they made in Japan? There's no branding or wording to even suggest these are the same. A lot of Daiso products are made in China… And I'd be questioning the quality and longevity.. Even air fresheners sold in Daiso stores in Japan.
I usually bring back a bunch of air fresheners, bought from drug stores like Kirindo, Godai, Cosmos etc. Around ¥300 (~$3)

Have to say, they are very good. I have given a few away because they are that good, highly recommend them.
I purchased the squash and apple. Much prefer the squash smell.
I haven't had them for over a month yet, but they are still going strong with very little wear.
Might get another 12x pack, because why not

Do those from Japan smell better? Maybe. Would I pay 3x the cost for that? NO.
