  I don't know how good the food at TGI Friday at Jam Factory, but my family went to the one in West Field shoppibg centre near Frankston, and I swear I will never come back. Their spare-rib, chicken and beef steak were all too dried and overcooked.

    I had the jack daniels steak at the Jam Factory and it was great. Ordered medium rare and it came out perfectly cooked.

    I've been to the jam factory tgif, and can confirm we had a great meal.

    Complain to head office. My mom did once, and they sent her a free meal coupon for her feedback. Mind you we did get quizzed presenting it. Went to another store. Not game to go back to first one.

    Been going to TGIF for many years (4-6 times a year). And only once had a bad meal, we mentioned this to the waiter and they didn't charge us for the entrées.

    I always give a restaurant a second chance before writing it off.

  IMO they are easily the most over-hyped and expensive restaurant chain around for the food they serve.

    Generally agree. For the rare occasion they are ok.

    But, recently I've had their lunch specials in the Melbourne Central store and it's much better value, around $12-15 including a beer / soft drink. Not the cheapest lunch in the city but the burger and chips (+ beer) are worth it.

  Used this voucher today. Ordered burger and fish and chips. Hmm doesn't suit our taste; dry and below average. This is only my personal opinion

    although it might not be everyone's preference, you only really go to TGI for the steaks and ribs, so jack daniels steaks or ribs are where it's at :D, their burgers and other offerings are a little bit weak IMHO
