I'd pay the bit extra for Aussie stock (the on you linked ships from Hong Kong?!) and for Kogan guarantee as opposed to a random seller on eBay. Had a phone from Kogan die on me a few years back and they were great with getting it fixed for me.
Kogan is not selling Aussie stock im almost sure its from China. Also, the link i posted was from QualityDeal and they have local shipping address for guarantee.

DWI have it for $445. There is a $10 off code, but they charge ~2% cc/paypal fees. So works out just under $445.
I hate DWI. Sometime their prices at their website is more expensive than their eBay store so make sure to check before you buy from them.
