Telstra suck. This is the 3rd Telstra mobile device I have purchased in the last few years and I'm reminded now why I don't buy from them. Activation is a complete pain. Why do they insist that their address database is the complete address database for Australia? I know what my address is and you insisting it's invalid doesn't make it so. Your chat won't connect (Sorry for the inconvenience but we have longer than expected waiting times). The last 50 phones I have purchased for my self and family have all been Optus simply because I can't activate your damn phones online! Rant over.
