          All I read was

          THANK YOU

          Welcome :)

        • @Spackbace:

          All I read was

          because you know it's a dupe…

  • I think it is not as good as 50$ deal but it is good that expiry date in 2016 June.

Yeah that had about 10 weeks to use them, this is a very good price I think, especially for QLDers who can really take advantage of the unlimited entry!

(As an example, over here just 1 'theme park' is about $50/adult to get in, just with 1 visit!

  • OK, worked with a friend's groupon account. So must have been a flaky thing with their system that knocked me out of using SAVE15 because of the buy transaction that inexplicably failed. Deal still good. Went there over last Christmas, paid $99 or something like that for a single park pass to Sea World. ~$65 for multiple parks = much better.

Was: RATS??!!! I went to buy this deal, entered the code, verified my cc info, checked the 18+ box and hit submit…. and got a "call customer service" message. And now…. I can't get the deal. Dead? Or did Groupon just record me as using it without actually letting me use it?

    • Good to hear it was just a random 1 off :)

  • • Valid to: 30 Jun 2016
    • No booking required
    • Present printed voucher on arrival
    • Visit any operating booth at Warner Bros. Movie World, Sea World, Wet’n’Wild Gold Coast, or Paradise Country and present photo ID with printed Groupon voucher
    • Your Pass will be issued for use until 30 Jun 2016 by the ticket booth operator

So I'm assuming that the the vouchers would be transferable if you could not use them in time?

    • I've printed off my vouchers and there are no names printed on them, just the Groupon customer id, a barcode and a QR code. Not sure what they would be checking the photo ID against when you present the voucher.

    • They would only be non transferable after you get the ticket with your photo at the theme park.

  • The RRP for this is $99.99.. Dunno where they get the $150 full price from. Also they have buy 3 get one free making it $75 each. But I guess this deal is still slightly cheaper.

    • I think the RRP is also because of Paradise Country being included, which has a price of $40-$50.

      • Ahh yes very true!

Just watch out for Movieworld, check their 'Seasonal Maintenance' page (well hidden)
The couple of drawcard rides are always ^%$# closed.

And the revamped Leathal Weapon ride is run by idiots that wouldn't know theme park etiquette if it smacked them in the face. Non school holidays over an hour to get on(as they were slow and useless at turning over the rides), then told I can't queue for the front coaster seat, I have to go where I am told!

Never in the 15 odd Theme parks across the USA, on hundreds of rides was I ever told this once.

I will never go back. Movie World can bite me.

  • Anyone know if you create multiple groupon accounts if you can buy 1 voucher in each account to take advantage of the 15% discount on each, that they wont have a hissy fit? (either groupon or the theme parks). Im local and i want to buy 4 total - cheap entertainment for the kids..

    • Yeah should be fine, and send a referral link between each ;)
