I also emailed [email protected] with my order number to ask what was going on however no one has gotten back to me. I sent an email 2 days ago. I still haven't received my order and other than the original email with my order number have had no correspondence other than through this page. Still trying to find out what is going on?
Such a shame as this seemed like such a good deal… I have now had to open a pay pal dispute to dispute the transaction as the company have not gotten back to me as to where my order is. Now 18 days and counting. Website said 2-5 days. Not a single email regarding this has been answered, just disgraceful.
Well, that's all well and good but I still haven't received any labels, any response to enquiries on Facebook or to the help email address listed above. Nor have I received a refund despite lodging a PayPal dispute and escalating to a claim. I also see on Facebook that other people that ordered during this time haven't received their labels either.
Has this worked for anyone? I seem to be getting very patchy service. Works for a minute or two, then times out.
