  I was really eager to purchase contact lenses when I saw the 2GOOD2LAST promotion, which offered $50 off after spending $99, and as a result I processed the order without applying the discount code. Is there any way of rectifying this mishap. I can private message you my customer reference number.

  I tried applying the code but when the payment was processed it went through as $112 rather than $60.

  Have emailed customer support the following:

  I attempted to apply the following code but it did not apply to my order when it was placed:

  Can you please apply this code so that the total is $62 rather than $112

  Thought I would also advise you about the issue to see if you can sort it faster?
