    Hi,

    I'm assuming it is active from the moment they E-mail'd the offer to me.

    Please note that the characters contained in the codeword after HEROMEAL are Zero's not the letter "O"

    The stated Terms and Conditions don't specify 5PM and later orders (although that may be in actuality what is happening) so if you have success before 5PM please let me know…

    There have been a lot of DeliveryHero offers and although some specifically say "New Customers" sometimes the codes work regardless.

      Same here "clicking checkout does nothing" just get a spinning wheel for a second and zilch!

      Contacted them via web chat, useless. Only thing they could offer was to refresh or try anther browser (lame).

      Told them we didn't have time to muck around with their web issues and would be ordering from Menulog ce soir. And that they needed to fix their website and coupon codes if they wanted to attract new customers or keep existing ones!

    Eat10 worked perfectly for me. filled my cart on the site but the checkout button wasn't working for some reason so I completed checkout on my phone.

      No worries…

      Once upon a time (this morning) DeliveryHero sent out an E-mail, it was late May and the sun were shining…

      Anyhoo, tha E-mail said let there be HEROMEAL0510, and so it was.

      Then HEROMEAL0510 flip-flopped, worked, ceased, reactivated, there was even resusitation, ER the Works…

      As an interim measure EAT10 was engaged and redeployed.

      So there is currently co-existance and the opportunity to use either (but not both).

      And it was so, and now there is Pizza (or whatever your DeliveryHero Deliverer bringeth you of your choosing).

    Yeah I just tried this tonight, try a different loco Indian place, $25 for $35 of food, can't wait!
