The jacket was thin, not exactly for 'arctic' weather.

Got my arctic as well and not very impressed. It's got three (3!?) front zips on it, not sure why since it doesn't add any extra functionality. Not very thick. Only two pockets. Plus it's a "large" but in reality it's barely a medium and too small for me. Going to return it - and unlike many other retailers, they won't cover the return shipping charge.
By my understanding the triple zip notion is Superdry's signature design. Just a guess, alot of "fashion/designs" may not necessarily provide for additional functionality as such. However, in saying so, one may argue that 3 zippers may assist in keeping the wind/cold out by making it more secure. I guess Superdry has always had a reputation for small sizing. Still waiting for mine to show.
My understanding is that's free returns. If not, then you can use PayPal free return program as long as you activate it.

Got so excited but none of the restocked ones are Mediums :( Maybe when people return some they might get restocked. Do peeps think the Arctic one isn't very warm at all?
This brand runs 2 sizes too small. So XXL is more like between a L and XL.

My shoes got delivered today. Very disappointing.
I ordered size US 10. But the pair they have sent is totally wrong. Left shoe is US 9 and the right is US 8.
One of them even missing a SUPERDRY lable on it.
