Furby Boom David Jones Bourke St (VIC) $15 Was $99.99

260

The Furby fad might have passed for now, but here's an opportunity to pick up a family of Furbys for the small people in your world.

A pretty big pile left when I was there at around 1.30pm today. Mainly the pink one with black zebra stripes and a few pink ones with white polka dots.

Remember back in the days we used to teach them how to swear

  • Any stores in NSW with similar deals on the furb?

  • 10am and there were about 15 left (after I bought some for my kids: wan't greedy - just one per kid!). All (including the ones I got) were pink with black stripes. The boy might not like the pink, but it can always be dyed or skinned. Thanks OP!

  • Furby Boom I believe are the cheaper of the new Furbies. They do less than the other ones and I believe only retailed at approx. $50.

    • The ones I got had $99.99 on the base of the boxes. A quick search on Amazon shows they are retailing for US$65 but are now going for around US$37 mark upwards. There is a smaller cheaper variant called a 'furbling' that is perhaps what you were thinking of?

  • These would have to be the most annoying toy ever invented!

  • Bought 3, thanks OP

All gone now :( any one know if any other stores are doing the same sale for them?

  • It's at least Victoria wide, I got the last one at malvern

  • Why are they so popular?

  • Still got my original Furby from when they first came out over 20 years ago. They were pretty awesome tech back then….ahhh the good old days.

  • Aren't these the devil toys that work even without batteries?

  • Got one at Carindale, not marked down on the shelf but scanned at $15, to the surprise of the sales assistant. The lady behind me then went and bought 6, but still around 10 left. Thanks OP, a happy daughter here :)
