If they can't get the info on their website right, how can you trust them for anything else???
We drop the pick up handling fee for iibuy.com.au one month ago. You can check your postage and pick up fee( which is ZERO) during check out.

Replies from the shop says all. That's the sort of attitude we'd expect if we buy from them.

If they were a bit more customer focused, they would have replied "Oops, sorry, our website needs updating" rather than accusing 'potential' customers of lying… (my 2c)
Agreed, there's no reason to be rude. Not hard to just post a short clarification to solve the query/ambiguity.

Even Dell made error pricing on their website. There is no 100% right. Human make errors. I’m glad you pointed out the printing error. But you shouldn’t state that this item can’t be purchase for $99 or $139 without go through the check out process.

A lot of better retailers actually honour their "mistakes". Games.com.au comes to mind. Maybe you should revise your standards…
I'm sure Dell would've made an apology rather than abusing the customers. Bad business practise, buddy.
It's always good practice to (rather than deflect or make excuses), just apologize and appease your customers. Courtesy goes a long way, and I'm sure you've turned at least one potential customer away because of this attitude.
Whilst the customer is most definitely not always right (in fact, more often than not, they're wrong), in this case evidently there was some ambiguity and any misunderstanding from your customers as to the cost is well-grounded.

Cheap LCDs = no notable difference between VGA v. DVI.
But is this a cheap LCD (in terms of quality, not price)?? It's an ASUS brand, 22" Full HD LCD.
It's a good deal, but the rep fails for customer service, unfortunately. Still, a + from me. A firm believer of "You get what you pay for." <sarcasm> Who needs service anyway? </sarcasm>
