Checking up some Crumpler bags online and came across Crumpler bags sale in apple store (not really being advertised).

    15 is really quite large..will fit a 17 inch laptop
    13 will fit a 15 inch laptop easily

      it says that the padded compartment will fit up to a 33cm laptop. That doesnt sound like 17"?

      I have the backpack and my fat 15" work laptop is a pretty snug fit. Maybe it will be okay with a Macbook or something because it can lie on a slight diagonal.

    I returned a bag recently that needed to be fixed and the process couldn't have been easier. I dropped it off at the Fitzroy store and they gave me a loaner bag. Then after a week or two I got an email saying my bag was fixed and it was as good as new. Highly recommended!

        Mine was a ripped backpack strap. Had the bag for more than 5 years.

        Same process dropped it off in sydney store.
        Got it back good as new after two weeks.

    I've had a broken clip. Same process described above. No issues, no cost to repair. My bag was probably 8 years old. :)

  I just got mine 13" Milestone, well worth it.

  very well made. YES it does fit 15" macbook pro but not in the pocket it is intended.

  the special more padded pocket are there for 13" but 15" MBP will fit in the bag and I was able to close the bag.

  so you know.
