Could be of some interest to few. New Iphone will be out in a few mths time but if you can't wait, Unique Mobiles is selling them at a discount. Unfortunately my gf just broke her phone and her BD is coming up so thats the best deal i can find for Iphone 6 Plus 64G. I have went into Officeworks to try to price beat but the store refused. In the end i rang up their 1300 number and got through for a price beat of $1091 this morning.
I can afford a house more than I can afford a phone :/

LOL, iPhone price is ridiculous i must agree. But when my gf broke her phone, i gave her my Note 3…she complains endlessly bcos she has to learn something new and its not idiot proof… Anyway, always trying the best to keep her happy while i scrapped every cent on a $5 stunner meal for lunch( if i dun skip lunch that is and always with a ING paywave card for cashback..)

Get a new gf it will be cheaper. I wentfrom a note 3 to iphone 6 as my work phone. What a massive step backwards. Cant torrent no esfile explorer or samba or native voip even using chromecast is painful by comparison.

I remember it used to be the Nokia 8810 - 8880 (let's not talk about Vertu) that sells for over $1k and considered very expensive. Inflation has caught up, it seems like $1k is the figure for a "new" phone nowadays.

This is a good price but if all you are looking for is the cheapest replacement, take the broken iPhone to an apple store and they will replace it with the exact same model (size color) for $449.00. My wife put her iPhone 6 Plus 64Gb through the washing machine and we traded it in at the apple store.

The price of Apple phones are ridiculous. Just to give you an idea of what better you can do with your money, my partner and I scored seats through Jetstar 2 for 1 sale (earlier in the year) to Japan for less than $1000 for both of us. $948 to be precise and that is a return flight.
Not sure when people will realise that it's not worth buying a phone which is this expensive and that too when a phone for half this price can do about the same or more than these overpriced phones.
