    R5 was Oppo's attempt at the thinnest phone on the market, it doesn't have a 3.5mm port because of its 4.9mm thick design.
    The Mate 7 is much larger at 6" vs 5.2", runs its own Kirin 925 vs SD615 and has a 4100mAh battery vs 2000mAh (with rapid charge).

  New R7 and R7+ has been released O/S and has very good specs and great reviews. Oppo say they will release it here soon but haven't announced release date. Probably they're clearing the decks of old models before releasing the R7. Oppo are good but pricey, wait a while and check out the R7 if you want a really good new phone..R7 is a fail on battery capacity supposedly but R7+ is the ducks nuts according to reviews…
