Waay cheaper than anywhere else I've seen. I was hanging out for the Steam Summer Sale to start before I bought this DLC, but this is cheap enough for me to buy tonight.

Good price combined with an exchange rate error provides an excellent deal.

Bought for, and redeemed on, PC Steam.

EDIT: should also mention to select AUD wherever possible to benefit from the exchange rate error.
