  • None of the eneloop deals are available as they are out of stock.

    • Can I downvote for a different reason if my earlier downvote was revoked for another reason?

Found a lot of the junks listed here are cheaper in their DS eBay store.

    • +3

Agreed. Thought the usb extension cable was cheap, dick smith's eBay store was half the website sale price.

  • +1

    Anyone pays the full price?

  • +3

This is just like posting a giant catalogue and calling it a bargain! Spam for me

  • +2

A huge listing of chinaware that the OP skims from. Neg from me.

  • +3

    Please, stop this spam already.

  • +3

3000+ rubbish items discounted. Isn't the whole point of oz bargain to post deals so others don't have to go through everything to find the actual deals…

  • +3

These dick smith deals adverts need to stop.

  • Need more eneloop stock. Must be MIJ.
Also clickbaity and uses referral links.

  • +2

The initial votes on the first few deals were too encouraging compared to the lack of deals. This list is just turning into advertising generating spam. If OP is willing to drop the whole list and just list what they think are the deals, less people may click, but it would be way easier to work out if what items listed are real bargains.

Left overs from the last… left overs. BWAAHHAHAHA

  • +2

If you want ads traffic, just make new, indie website with these sort of contents from DS website and other websites.

  • +2

It's time dick Smith posts were banned from ozbargain. Seriously. Spam posts are deleted, and this (and all their other deals) is spam.

  • +4

This would be awesome, if it wasn't spam.
fluctuations in prices is not a discount.

WTF is the Amazon tag doing on this?

What's the deal with everyone complaining? For all you know it could be a free webhost that displays ads. It is definitely not'laden' with ads as someone suggested.

I like it because it lets me search with ctrl f to find things I'm interested in, not what other people might think is a good deal. I found heaps of great things the first time. Sure as hell beats using the dickSmith website to search.

A quick whois shows the website is being hosted by Hosting24, a paid provider. I think it's a combination of not only the ads, but the fact that he was also able to front for a new domain name, pay for hosting, and then have the gall to also add a donate button. OP is clearly taking the piss and making a profit from OzB.

But thanks mods, apparently these reasons are an inappropriate use of a negative vote. Go figure.

  • "Inappropriate use of negative vote"

    Who is the pro-SPAM moderator?

    • +4

Voting is not equal opportunity. You can upvote a deal because you like a posters name but you can't down vote it because you don't. You need to fulfill a strict set of criteria and only then will your down vote remain. This is suposedly because ANY negativity would discourage people from posting.

What we end up with is a one sided community view which is not reflective of opinion because positivity and negativity is not captured equally.

  • $96,744 in Price Reductions

Completely unrealistic, no one is going to purchase every item listed so I cannot understand why it is in the title.
