  • any 12m or 15m 24awg?

Edit: hmm, the 10m is 28awg. No thank you. Short length cables prob fine!

  • Thanks OP, got two of the 2m ones. Been after some cheap HDMI cables as spares.

    • +1

I use the cheap ones as my main cables as an act of defiance against the utter absurdity of local pricing. Always have. Have never had a cheap cable that didn't work either.

Happy to buy local at double, triple or even 5 times the price. But at $40 local retailers can f#$! right off.

      • Oh dont get me wrong, me too, i think the most i ever paid for a HDMI cable was about $5. Its a digital signal, it either gets through or it doesnt.
Pretty much all my cables have been eaten up around the house, so its nice to have spares.

  • what's with this error message Error 500 Trying to get property of non-object when paying by Paypal. I don't like that Im automatically signed up with them after logging in to paypal.

      • I have been using Buy In Coins for years using Paypal Guest Checkout and never received any spam or anything which means I have become "signed up".
Please see other post of deals from this site, I can't recall anyone else ever have this happen to them - https://www.ozbargain.com.au/deals/buyincoins.com
I also stated in the description to use Paypal for security to avoid any problems. If the customers complaining in your link did this then they could of opened a dispute.

        • some of the complaints there ended up initializing a dispute.

with mine, the order went through the they signed me up. After logging to paypal it says the order is successful but not yet paid, when trying to pay for it, error message keeps popping. tried a few times then gave up got me to search for website reviews.

        • What do you mean by signed you up, are you getting spam now?

        • @luke73:

I've got a profile in their website now but when trying to reset the password, there's no link to resend it to my email.

no way to unsubscribe/deactivate as well.

        • Did you use the Checkout With Paypal button? You don't have to worry about anything but your paypal password then.

        • @luke73:

you had me at don't have to worry. Hahaha.

        • Well help me understand what your worry is? I am trying to help you.
My point is if your payment didn't go through the first time then just start again using the Paypal Checkout.
Any company you buy something from online will need your name, email and address in order to send you the item, doesn't mean they are going to spam you.
I don't think your reasons for a negative vote are fair.
