When purchasing protein ask questions because there are a lot of different types. Also "4.6kg for $145" sounds like a good price but be aware of the protein concentration and serving sizes. After trying a few I've settled on Balance - Ion Exchange Protein WPI (caramel dream flavour is yum) I usually pick up 3kg for $110-$120.
Hey there! Are you talking about optimum nutrition 10lbs for $145? That sounds pretty good to me. Where do you get it at that price? It's so much cheaper overseas but postage on bodybuilding.com is so high. I was thinking about buying a few and splitting with friends.
For a cheap, local protein I use www.professionalwhey.com.au. 3kg is about $80 I think, but it's got NO flavouring. It tastes fine to me anyway.

Hey, yep, $145 for optimum nutrition at supplementwarehouse.com.au. I asked for a price, the guy asked me where i normally get it and how much for. I just said $152 from A1supplements.com.au, and so he gave me the price of $145.

I use PVL's hydroflow xp3 avaliable at GNC - I'm not a huge user of supplements but a few body sculptor friends recommend it cause its clean and low on the carbs. About $150 for 3 kgs and tastes beteer then any others I've tried
GNC is terribly expensive.
and correct me if i'm wrong, but I think PVL is one of their own brands. They (GNC) always push PVL first.

You can also get a similar one (I am using this atm, but used Optimum before this one) - Dymatize Elite Whey. I think 4.5kg was $130 at supplement warehouse (Sydney)
