      I have protein powder with 1.3g per 100g.
      If you have a true understanding of the danger of sugar for long term health, you would want to limit as much as you can throughout your entire diet.

      14.4g/100g sugar is double the category average of about 7g/100g. So it's certainly got more than most WPC/blends.
      Try INC Dynamic Whey which is an all round better product on sale at the moment from CWH.

  thats alot of sugar, we need to keep sugar as low as possible
