    No not again. Ordered pizza last night. Can't eat pizza again.

    Btw I was able to use EAT10 more than once. It took me like 5 tries to get it work but it worked.

    Damn I ordered from DH tonight and didn't bother to check oz bargain since there haven't been any deals lately. Oh well. Delicious food is delicious and I don't have to cook :)

    ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES! Decided to give Delivery Hero a go. Ordered food at 7pm, confirmation received, delivery time 7.45pm. Text then to say delivery time would be 8.30pm. 8.45pm no food so call delivery hero who cannot get hold of the restaurant. Called again, told food is on the way be there in 10mins. 9.15pm still not arrived, called delivery hero and they are closed! Funny thing is the voice-mail says they are open till 11pm. 9.30pm now, money taken, closed restaurant, closed delivery hero, angry, hungry customer! DO NOT USE!

        Delivery Hero provide a service facilitating delivery of food. To quote from their About Us; "Choice, convenience, reliability, and quality are the key benefits for our customers." Yes I appear to have fallen through the cracks, but as per my (hangry) description above, these cracks were also at Delivery Hero, who failed to answer my calls at 9.30pm (while stating on their voicemail they close at 11pm). These calls were also not returned after leaving messages. Their "reliability" objectives appears to have failed.

        My time is my time to "waste". I was hungry, angry and disappointed, and provided these comments to air my grievances and warn people of a possible outcomes of using their service. How would this situation be any different to say someone complaining about not receiving/delivery delays of goods from an online retailer (e.gKogan etc…) as a result of a problem with their own supplier? This feedback is regularly welcomed and accepted on these forums.

        Out of interest, what/why/how do you know your statement is hard for me to grasp?

      Honestly it has nothing to do with Delivery Hero, you should be yelling at the restaurant. DH Order the food for you basically, if the food doesn't get delivered, it's not DH's fault, it's the restaurants fault.

      Did you call the restaurant? The email says "For questions relating to delivery times, please call the restaurant X: <phone number>"
