Paid $160 on that deal, and am still hoping for the $50 voucher. Is there some sort of ozbargain award if we get it?

Nice phone - not quite a moto-X, but a fraction of the price.

    • I think with the $50 voucher, you have to at least spend $200 though… so probably not. (but then using a coupon code also voids it…)

  • The last 2 phones i tried purchasing from amazon were refunded after the carrier mid journey the wont send lipos overseas.

    • Who was the seller? This one is "Ships from and sold by Amazon.com." .

      • amazon.com but have bought Batterybanks without any dramas

  • Motorola Moto G 8GB 4G LTE Black (XT1039) Unlocked Australian stock $173 plus delivery. Here..

    • Unlocked Australian stock

Bollocks it is. Overseas drop-shipped. And it is the 1st-gen . There is no 2nd gen 4G.

"Android Enjoyed is an Mobile phone online store for Australian … Compatible for use in your country. …"

So whats the shipping cost from China?

      • Pardon me, correction: the two models are very comparable. Would be excellent value if Australian stock for that price.

        1. There is a 2nd gen Moto G 4G, it was released in March. Challenge yourself and find it with Google.
        2. The phone I was recommending is 1st gen Moto G 4G which may suit some better than a 2nd gen 3G (per the original post). For less money….
        3. The vendor delivers locally, has a local phone number and an Australian warranty on the phone. Perhaps you want an Australian made Moto G .. :-) .. !! Try Googling that too….
        • Thanks, found it XT1072 . Damned Motorola (like google) recycling of names gets confusing. Not available in Australia.
And looks like we have the 3rd gen coming out soon too.

          re the import,
The warranty is a vendor one. I'd much rather a Motorola warranty, thanks. And less money? They don't say the delivery fee, so you can assume it is not small.
You'll have to wait for it to ship from Asia with an AU plug adapter, no GST.
